The staff was very friendly and did an efficient job changing my oil. For some reason my car wash token didnt work at first, but one of the employees was really helpful and let me through anyways. Super good customer service!

Review is strictly for the car wash. It was a fun experience, car came out clean and shiney. Though the payment machine appears old and could do with a wash of its own.

The team was professional and efficient. Nathan explain my options and made recommendations but wasn’t pushy. I started using this business because of the convenient location but now I return for the great service.

Went here after waiting 2 and a half hours at Early without getting an oil change, I was in and out in about half an hour. Im going to just come here from now on, mechanics were nice and efficient. The only thing is I wished they did tire rotations too but I can just stop into Les Schwab for that.

Oil change and a top of their line car was by far great. I always like listening to my music and enjoy the colorful water wax art pictures Im able to capture. I really enjoy the fact that their car wash is open 24-7. Pick from different levels of car washes offered. They also offer different types of oil changes, car batteries and more.

I have always like the service but the last time I took my car in I have had a timing issue since.

Best car wash on the coast and west of Puget sound. They have a brush for scrubbing the front grill and tires and the carwash is touchless. Theres even an under carriage sprayer, nice!

Honest and efficient!

So I went in to this fast lube this morning to get a transmission change. I had called earlier that morning and got a figure on how much it would cost but when I got there they had completely changed the figure on me trying to charge me extra hundred dollars they were ridiculously rude and then his last words (while smoking a cigarette) were you’re leaking oil everywhere I don’t even want to service you!… Isn’t that what you’re here for?… The manager was so freaking rude and so are the employees I will never ever go back to this place again!

I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes and was completely ignored by all the employees. I even went into the garage area so they would see Im waiting to be helped and was still ignored. Finally an employee came to the front desk and he grabbed something and started leaving and i said, am i going to be helped he didnt even look at me, just held up his hand at me and left again. So rude. They were busy, and i understand that but they could have at least let me know it would be a few minutes to be helped or something and not just left me hanging. Horrible customer service and i will never go back there again after that.
