I had to rent a vehicle for an emergency trip on July 9. The vehicle had the clean promise tag hanging on the mirror but the car was dirty! There was some sort of film on the windshield that even after stopping and cleaning the inside and outside of the windshield, it wouldn’t come off which made it extremely difficult to see out of especially at night!. There was trash inside the center console in the back. The floors didn’t look like they had been vacuumed either! The cup holders had what looked like crumbs around them! If it wasn’t an emergency situation, I would have never left the lot with the vehicle! I paid $304 for the vehicle for 1 day…..it should have been clean. The picture posted is of the windshield. When I returned the car, I voiced my concerns and the associate just said, “I’ll take care of it.”

They SAVED the day! We orginally booked with Hertz and they sold our car from underneath us. We call Enterprise and they were there with 3 cars to pick from.The car was very nice and clean. Thank you.

I have had plenty of great experiences with Aberdeen Enterprise. Unfortunately, my last rental was not so great. The car was tagged with their clean promise, but the disgusting dirty sock that was left in the last row of the rented minivan said otherwise. I have doubts that the van was even sanitized. The windshield wipers were horrible, which made driving through hours of rain difficult. I had to purchase wiper fluid while on vacation to put into the van. Upon return, my personal car was missing from where I originally parked it because it had been moved (via tow truck) to a totally different parking lot- without so much as a phone call or notification. Not a great way to end an already unsatisfactory ordeal.

I never fail to use this Enterprise and they dont let me down. Recently, there was an issue with a vehicle I had rented, but the staff resolved the situation ASAP. If you want great service please see Jackson or Ebony. Highly professional and highly recommended.

Blonde woman behind the counter was very rude. She gave me a very negative glare when I said hello, I continued to repeat myself thinking “maybe she didn’t hear me” but no she glared and ignored me again. I was very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I simply walked out and took my business elsewhere where they’re more kind to their customers.

I love the Enterprise in Edgewood Or Fallston rather and Aberdeen is pretty cool but the people are more lenient and the more understanding because some of the things that they require I havent had my name in years but they found other substitutes to put in that place of what I was supposed to have five stars to you forgetting me the car and my time of need

This is one of the best car rental facilities around. I rent from them often and they are always friendly/courteous. The manager, Laurie, is the best. She really looks out for everyone, both employees and customers with much class, kindness and courtesy. Im in the process of contacting the head of Enterprise to send in a compliment about Laurie (manager) at the Aberdeen, MD location, she is a huge asset to the company and deserves much positive recognition. The employees at this branch are fantastic and deserve positive recognition as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!My car was in the body shop for weeks so I rented a car from this branch. The day I picked the car up we did the walk through to inspect the car, over the rear passenger side on the door back to the trunk of the car there was a white residue (looked much like a bad wax job) smudged all over. I pointed that out and the woman doing the walk through with me disregarded it. Fast forward the 2 and a half weeks I picked my car up and they set up the pick up time with the body shop I used. I get a call from them saying there was damage on the left rear fender (where the smudges were) and my insurance and I would be responsible for the damage. I calmly explained to Jordan (assistance manager) that where she claimed the damage was is exactly where the residue smudges were, she completely disregarded this. After I went to inspect the car myself I confirmed it was where the smudges were (got washed off with the rains). I explained that the only way you could see this extremely small dent was if the sun hit it a certain way, with the residue blocking the gloss that dent never would’ve been seen but since the woman that did the walk through didn’t document it and I didn’t think anything of it they are trying to get over on me. I’m currently waiting for a store manager, area manager, and corporate to call me back.I read many reviews all saying a similar situation of claiming damage was done.

The office requested for my paycheck and I showed them my DoD paystuff but they refused to accept it and my bank card as well since Apgfcu bank card is both debt and credit card as well

I reserved a intermediate SUV for a trip I was taking to NC. I live in MD and it is a 7 hour drive. I get very nervous driving on the highway and figured it would help if I rented a vehicle closest to what I was comfortable with driving. I reserved my vehicle with plenty of time in advance to ensure what I had asked for was available. I called the night before to triple check that it was going to be a smooth transition from being dropped off to getting the car I reserved. My appointment was set for 8:30 and I was there at 8 because I was nervous about making good time to my destination. When I arrived the employee informed me that they did not have the vehicle I reserved and verified the night before and that they were “working on it” I didn’t mind since I was there alittle early. I asked her if she had a time frame for when the vehicle I reserved would be arriving to which she gave me a round about explanation about how they were looking into it and she did not know. It was clear she had no idea how reservations worked. She then offered to give me a minivan which was not even close to what I wanted. I pointed out an SUV clearly sitting in their lot and she informed me as I am not 25 yet that I cannot rent that vehicle. She then went and pulled a small red minivan around and proceeded to attempt a walk through. I informed her I was very uncomfortable driving a minivan especially that size down the highway for 7 hours straight. I at this point had spotted a black Pacifica and told her I would just take that as I was starting to run out of time to make it to my location in a punctual manner. She huffed and went to return the red minivan and brought back the black one. I reluctantly signed for it as I had no other choice given I was running out of time and my ride had left. I have never been more furious at the ignorance of a company. Clearly they do not know what the word reservation means. Will not be recommending them or using them again. Unsure as to when I should be receiving my security deposit.

The price I paid for that car $52 the front end alignment the the window panel you can get to unlocking doors locked and the windows that is one of the most unsafe cars that I havent seen in my life need a little bit by my life but wnc no safety in Kansas City over the can see the cars in front of you cuz of the hood Miss judgment absolutely no no Sirius Radio no problem computer stuff put a price if I had paid for all that Ive been payin100 a day for a car? I thought reservation would bring your price down. But at Enterprise it brings it up and I gave it 1

I found myself in a bit of a predicament when I had one car in the shop and my other vehicle decided to quit at the same time. Enterprise Rent A Car came through and got me back on the road. Very friendly and professional staff were able to come and pick me up and drop me off when I was done with the rental. Will absolutely use Enterprise again.

At first I was a little disappointed that no vehicles from the rental class I identified on the rental reservation were available. They had vehicles above the class and below the class i selected previously. However, in the end Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Aberdeen MD worked with me to reach a reasonable compromise for gas mileage, comfort, and price. The agent was personable and patient.

Derrick’s customer service could use some help. Although I noticed they were a tad busy - each customer matters. I lost my car due to a car accident and desperately in need of a car to get around until my matter is resolved. I provided all of my information from the insurance company and he proceeds to tell me they do not have a car reserved for me. No problem - instead of helping me immediately to find a new car at a different location he just shrugged it off. After I had to ask for further assistance, that’s when he gets on his phone to call different locations. I live 10 miles down the road - he finds a mini van 30 miles from my home and sarcastically relays that as a solution when I just need a full size sedan.Enterprise your other associates are amazing and usually always helpful. Please put Derrick through more training in customer service.

I frequently rent vehicles here for personal and business needs, and I always have a great experience. The staff are as friendly as can be, helpful, and quick to serve even when they are busy. I rented a car this past weekend and had an issue with the brand of vehicle not being comfortable for me. I brought it back, and the young man provided me with a new vehicle (one he had to clean on the spot!) with no questions asked. They always make things easy and care about the customers experience.

Rental was a small SUV. This small SUV has a small tank and drinks gas. Enterprise initially said they had a vehicle comparable to the one I had in the shop. When I arrived to look at them, they were all smaller than mine. When asked, I told them the make and model and they said that is a premium car and they dont have any at the time yet would notify me when they did. Never received a call. After two weeks, I decided it was not worth my time to call only to be rejected.I called Enterprise hours prior to picking up my car from the shop (on a Wednesday). This provided plenty of time for them to pick up the car from the repair shop. When I called on Friday and asked about my deposit, they were confused when I dropped off the car. I reminded them about the call. The clerk said I should have my deposit back by Tuesday (which it was). Should have had the deposit in my account by close of business Friday.

Great service first and foremost! I rented a vehicle for a long distance trip and was very happy with both the check out and check in process. My preferred vehicle wasnt available, so I was given a free upgrade. I was much happier with the upgrade than what I originally thought I wanted. More room, top of the line features, and a smooth ride. Service was impeccable and I appreciated their patience in answering my questions. I will definitely be using them again.

I dont like that enterprise is forcing customers to fix their own flats at the customer expense. I have a rental thru insurance and they no longer and being responsible for simple flats. Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Aberdeen, Maryland made my rental process so easy, quick and painless. The staff pulled the vehicle around to the front of the store after they verified everything. They went over everything and notated any scratches & dings with me, but also made sure I was familiar with what all the functions were and where they were located. The verified if I needed an EZ Pass rental or if I had my own as well as any additional insurance coverage. They called the day before the rental to make sure everything was still good to go & verified what I was renting and for how long. They knew I was making a long trip to see my sons graduation out of state and called the following evening to make sure I arrived at my destination safely and if I had any issues with the vehicle as it was the first time renting a 15 passenger van for personal use. (I have driven them when the church has rented them for youth function, but nice to know they were concerned and cared enough to make sure everything was going as expected). I arrived early the morning I was supposed to return the vehicle and was surprised someone was already there 30 minutes before they were scheduled to open and they were able to check things out and I was on my way. They also asked me how everything went & if the vehicle provided everything I needed for my trip. Will definitely use this location again if I ever need to rent another vehicle.

So recently I had a car accident and my insurance company Allstate it has definitely been affected by covid-19 because they literally dropped the ball on everything! But Enterprise, has always been awesome! Especially this particular location... Every person I dealt with was more than nice and they did not overcharge me anyting if anything I think I paid less than I expected! this is a very hard time for Americans in general and I have cancer a rare form plus I work overnight at Amazon in the warehouse... Life has been hard and getting things together and situated has been hard! But this Enterprise location not only did they have my back 100% they are nice they understand and youre talking to a real person like I mean its not no corporate nonsense theyre not reading off of a template or anything theres no prompts they are quite literally there to speak to you directly and make sure you have the best experience possible for the best price to fit your budget. Oh and dont forget they will also pick you up if needed luckily I did not need that service this time but yes I had to let everyone knows it is nice and convenient 😊 being up in Harford county this location out of all the ones that I dealt with has definitely gone above and beyond with their customer service and their employees are very very nice and professional. I have been renting from this location since 2008 and I will continue to. I currently have a long term rental situation with them and they make everything so easy. Everyone here is absolutely amazing and super friendly they make want to do all you renting right here. I dont care where I move I will continue to work with this Enterprise they are hands down the best Branch. Theyre very inviting and very attentive, they work with you to stretch your money lol, and they make youre comfortable. I couldnt ask for better customer service. I must say every person in this branch deserves a raise, a badge of honor, a appreciation party, something to show they make a difference.

Rented a car car for one day. Not only was the rental process quick and easy, I was also given a free upgrade from the vehicle I reserved. The vehicle was clean and filled with gas. Good experience car was scheduled through a repair shop, Enterprise was having one of those days where there were no vehicles available, but they managed to get a vehicle for me from another office. Thought the office manager was professional and courteous maintained contact throughout the afternoon to let me know they were diligently working the issue. Enterprise has always been a good agent to rent from the Aberdeen office has not tarnished that reputation with me.

This is my worst experience since I have been renting vehicle from Enterprise in the last 8 years or so. The staff at this location are very unprofessional and they are not representing Enterprise very well. The associates who attended to me when I went to pick up my rental car said that I should ignore some dents and scratch that I pointed to him while we were doing the walk around, only for his boss and other staff trying to pin this dent on me when I return the vehicle. I told them to look into my rental record with Enterprise and they will see that I always own up to any incidents and or accidents that occurred whenever Enterprise vehicle is in my possession, but not this particular one, but these staff were not ready to listen to me at all. They needed to be retrained in the act of customer service and I will be taking picture and or be doing video recording of my future car rentals with Enterprise, especially while picking up the vehicles, and I will NEVER go back to this particular location.

In fact, the three times that I have visited this location the staff have gone out of their way to make my visit pleasant. New Toyota Rav4 with less than 4,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, all of the safety features were not available as the onboard computer was displaying various faults making blind spot, rear cross traffic and other safety options deactivated. The vehicle was dirty in the back like someone took it to the beach as sand was everywhere. Also, didnt like the hidden charge/ hold of another $250 on top of the total rental agreement especially since that wasnt disclosed prior to renting. If I had to do it over I would have gone with another rental company.

I have always used Enterprise and enjoyed the vehicles. However, one this trip I encountered an unfavorable experience with the check out process. I have always used 2 cards when renting, one for the deposit and the other for the rental, I was informed that there was no way possible to use 2 cards and would have to use only 1. I was then given the 3rd degree when trying to use my bank card. Im sorry, but if Im not mistaken, you can only use whats in you account to purchase things. Therefore, a bank card would be more reliable than a credit card as you are actually getting paid immediately from a bank. I should have also received a refund to my card, even though we had to keep it 1 extra day. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had when renting from Enterprise, I desperately hope things improve in the future.

Ya know, enterprises are all about the same. Theyre courteous, they picked me up from my mechanic about an hour after I called them on a Saturday, then I had a conversation with the driver about Hillary & Trump. It was a surprisingly fun drive - its funny how you can bond with someone in such a short period of time.

Overall good experience. Office personnel were great. Was a little disappointed because I should have gotten a double upgrade using our particular credit card but only got one upgrade (due to none being available). Also, I was told that there is no smoking allowed (which is great because I dont smoke) and that no animals are allowed (which is good because I dont have any pets). However......when I first get in the car I notice little burn holes in the drivers seat from something that must have been smoked in there prior to my rental AND there was a very strong animal smell like a strong dog smell in the car. So.......they didnt bother to properly clean and fumigate this car which was disappointing. I will still rent from them because Ive had satisfactory results in the past but this particular experience was sub-par.

I made reservation on-line for $145.05; when I went to pick up the car (a Dodge minivan), they charged me $181.04. The car was not cleaned - dirt/debris on the backseat floor.

It was a pleasant experience. The personnel were friendly and efficient without being pushy. All in all, I would certainly use Enterprise for any future car rentals.

They never have my car ready and never has a full tank of gas. The last time I rented the car I forgot my transponder in the car, and was not contacted. Their moto is great customer service, but I think making the customer wait and not contacting them when something is left in the car are part of customer service. The staff is friendly enough, but is the company in touch with the real needs of the customer. I suggest that if the tank is not full then the customer should be able to bring it back at any level even empty. It is difficult to judge bringing it back with a quarter tank. Have the cars ready and cleaned when at the time of pick-up. Clean the cars after each customer and contact the renter if items are left in the car.

Always a pleasure when you can return a rental to another state without being ridiculously penalized like their rival. They even dropped me off to my truck at the local rail station.

However on my last rental I had a minor air conditioning problem called Aberdeen office told me to go to the nearest enterprise which was in 150 16th street,wheeling wv 26003 where I explained the situation to Shari N. Wilkerson and she went out of her way to assist me in every way.
