It was great meeting with Rob to go over my insurance policies. He was really helpful in going over my home owners insurance explaining all my coverage. Rob even met with me after office hours since i work later most days. Rob made recommendations on different coverage options. He genuinely seemed to care but wasnt pushy in what he presented me.
