We’ve been with Mark and his employees from day 1 here in Aberdeen. They are the best of the best. They make sure to answer all your questions and if you need to contact them after being in any sort of collision, they are quick at getting back to ya and helping you out. Couldn’t ask for a better insurance agent/company.

Ive had state farm insurance since high school, but once I moved away from my hometown my agent changed. When my last agent retired I went through a few agents before finding Mark. Marks office is always good about getting back to me when I have questions and Mark himself has also reached out to me to make sure our insurance needs are met. The thing that put Mark over the top as one of the best agents Ive worked with was his personal hand written note of condolences when a relative passed. Its the little things like that which makes his office great and will continue to get our business.

Mark hands down has been the best choice for our insurance needs! Everytime we have had a change in our insurance coverage or drivers on our family plan the process was a breeze, even during the covid shut down the entire office was able to help us electronically to add a couple new vehicle and helped make that very easy! Garbage. Instances where they didnt tell me the full amount owed, times when they couldnt explain why the price had gone up and when asked got a response of um...because it did, or the girl at the front desk who changes about once a year and never has any competency beyond the level of a 5th grader laughs at you when you call them with an issue. You could say that this is just a guy bitching...well Ive been apart of state farm for almost a decade, and I can promise you that they dont care about you at all. Car gets broken into? Vandalized on the inside? Its cool, call and make a claim! Thats exactly what happened to me, and thats exactly what I did. Made a claim. Did they help? NOPE! Full coverage on a car from state farm means Nothing. How do I know? Because they arent covering any of the damages.
