I’ve used Abracadabra for 20yrs. Wayne is a very nice man, extremely respectful, responsive during booking, prompt on arrival, takes care when moving his equipment throughout the house & handling furniture, and he’s even kind to my barking Chihuahua’s. My carpet always looks fantastic, and he gets rid of my puppy stains. I have Wayne come 1-2x a year. My carpet today is 22 years old & it still looks brand new (no snags, stretches or wearing). Wayne has kept my carpet alive & well (what else looks brand new after 22yrs and 2 dogs)? I think Wayne’s prices are very fair. He’s not the most expensive nor the cheapest. Don’t shop around - get quality results for your biggest investments. Wayne and Team are the Best! I have Several Dogs and he is able to not only clean the carpets where they look new he is also able to eliminate any odor! He is also able to get stains out of upholstery that I thought Were there to stay! I have never been disappointed!
