I trusted Melancon Jewelers with my wife wedding rig I gave her 33 years ago. It need repair and I had them replace the cluster diamonds (all I could afford all those years ago) with a single Diamond. This little ring is very special to us because it represents the beginning of our love and lasting bond. Melancon Jewelers took special care of our ring and gave it back to us in perfect shape with a beautiful diamond on top. They were very easy to work with and gave us excellent results. The look on my wife’s face said it all. Thank you for assisting me to make our 33rd wedding anniversary very special.

I asked the gentleman if I could have my rings cleaned. He took one look at them, very obviously rolled his eyes and said unhappily yes. He returned a minute later, silently handed them to me and walked away. He did not even give me a chance to say that I was asking for a deep clean and a setting check. Ive never felt more unwanted by a business. This used to be my go to place but I will never return.
