Ivonna the sales representative that has been helping me for over a year now with anything I need having to do with Verizon or my phone is the greatest. She does all the work and honestly just gives the customer a break from life.

The people in the store were very nice and very helpful. I have been a regular at the store an have met most of the staff. They are all very nice and knowledgeable staff.With that said that starts at the top an store manager Mr Phillipe is as good as it gets. He has personally been a pleasure to work with when I have a problem with my devices. So I believe we have the best store in your Organization!! An Awesome store an staff lead by an Awesome Manager. These people deserve some praise for the Outstanding service provided to their area. You should be glad an humbled by these great people. They are an important asset to your Organization.

Our service was exceptional last night. Langston with Abbeville Verizon went way above our expectations. His knowledge of phone choices, products, data transferring, especially for Android phones was so helpful. He even put both screen protectors on for us! Well be back!

I have been with a particular cell company for nearly 14-15 years. Was getting tired of the service, and being far behind on the latest technology. I contacted the Verizon Store and spoke with Brad. He assured me he would take great care of me. Did most of our business via phone while I was at work, not missing anything. Brad made it real easy for me to switch carriers, and keep my same numbers.Recently had an issue, and I picked up the phone and called Brad, and AGAIN, he made it real easy to do business. I have never had the customer service he has given to me. I would HIGHLY Recommend Brad and Verizon in Abbeville, La.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The sales associate, Langston Alcendor, was very knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and sold me two phones for my children that were exactly what I wanted and needed. I returned 2 days later and purchased an Apple iPhone and Apple watch from Mr. Alcendor. He has contacted me several times to check on the phones performance and to let me know that the Apple watch that had to be ordered had come in. I purchased a Hum from Verizon a few months ago for my daughter who is away at college. Mr. Alcendor noticed that we had not registered the Hum and inquired if there was a problem. I explained that my daughter had been away at school. He offered to assist us on installation of the Hum if we needed when my daughter is home for the holidays. I have been very pleased with the exceptional service I have received from Mr. Alcendor.

I went in Christmas Eve at the last minute with my new phone, Travis helped me out a lot, he was very professional and knew exactly how to help. Thanks

Kuro Kalati is awesome. I live in California and my mom lives in Abbeville Louisiana. My elderly mom was having problems with her Verizon phone and was helped by Kuro Kalati at Cellular Sales in Abbeville. Kuro was very warm and quite helpful getting mom back on track.
