Very pleased with the service from Desormeauxs! Needed to install new system for an unfinished part of the house. While here, ran a load test on current system and determined that it was too small and after 18 years probably needed to be replaced. Glad they did because when they pulled the old system out, it was a failure looking for a place to happen. Both systems installed in less than 4 days. Crew was very respectful and cordial. Whole team was very knowledgeable. Overall great experience with Lance and his staff. I would highly recommend Desormeauxs for any of your A/C needs.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company! They changed out both of my inside and outside units within a week of our deciding which direction to go in (repair or replace). They communicated with us the entire time and even cleaned up inside and out when the job was complete. Central air quit working Matt at Desormeaux came out right away and repaired and restored my nice cool air. my problem was dirty muddy coils. He cleaned the coils and the weeds around the base of unit and all was good. I need air conditioning due to poor health so this was a life saver to me. THANK YOU Desormeaux👍🏼💕

My condenser went out on my air conditioner and Desormeaux sent someone that same day to repair my unit. The repairman finished the job in less than 30 minutes. It was wonderful to have cool air again without having to wait a few days for a part to be ordered or a few days wait on a service call. Desormeaux responds right away! The part was under warranty and the labor charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing service to their air conditioning units.

Desormeauxs is honest and that is hard to find now a days. I was quoted $500 from another company to replace coils on my unit.I called Desormeaux and they came inspect the unit and found the upper unit had a filter blocking air. I respect the honesty and they saved me alot of money.

Learned my ac was out around 4:30 pm called these guys at 4:40 pm and had a tech at my house and the problem fixed by 6:30 pm. Saved me a lot of money and taught me basics to fix things myself. Great service.

Hot, humid, and one of the AC units quits, the unit that cools all the bedrooms in the house. Desormeauxs is just down the block so I called them. Great technicians and great service! A/C went out after hours, so I was worried it would be out overnight. Called Desormeaux’s and they got me up and running in no time.

Desormeauxs came extremely quickly... As in same day quickly... And took care of the problem, explaining every little bit of the work, what was needed, how much it costed, why it costed that, and on top of that, even hosed out the outside AC unit to ensure it was working at 100%, and was not charged for that. Top of the line AC people, Bret was very kind and helpful. I would go with them anytime for AC problems.
